Debt Free Advice (DFA) is a partnership of charities that provides free financial advice to the whole of the United Kingdom. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, DFA was forced to find a new way to support clients as face-to-face meetings were no longer possible. DFA turned to Ciptex to build a highly personalised contact centre solution on the Twilio Flex platform.
