The National Foundation for Credit Counselling (NFCC), a US nonprofit, previously used two disconnected systems to match clients with agencies. This inefficient setup required agencies to duplicate their availability and expertise information. The NFCC partnered with Ciptex, a Twilio gold partner, to create an integrated solution using Twilio's IVR technology, combining phone and online services into a single interface with detailed agency specifications.
