Welcome to our Summer Network Event. This is the Monday before CIH Manchester, so a great opportunity to meet colleagues before the event kicks off.

We will be focusing our session on becoming an educated client in the world of contact centres from omnichannel (what it is and how it can help reduce repairs costs) through to technology to move more of your service to a proactive service, where you can inform you a tenant of a problem before they know themselves. And a whole lot more.

Social Housing Strategy Forum

Ciptex is looking forward to participating in the Social Housing Forum on the 24th, 25th & 26th of May to discuss improving tenant satisfaction through the contact centre.


Degree Apprenticeship Open Evening

We thoroughly enjoyed being part of the Degree Apprenticeship open evening at Manchester Metropolitan University early this month. Our apprentices make up more than 10% of our workforce. Our degree apprentices have been pivotal to the growth of Ciptex.

ChatGPT Boost Business in Customer Serivce

We have all heard about ChatGPT, the conversational platform that automates business customer service conversations.

Ciptex has used Twilio to give ChatGPT a voice. This enabled ChatGPT to engage with customers more naturally and efficiently than standard IVR.
