We are pleased to share that our “AI’s Influence on Not-For-Profit Services” event at Toynbee Hall was a huge success!

Thank you to everyone who joined us, especially our keynote speaker Martin Hill-Wilson presenter Matt Dronfield and panel member Peter Herman, for delivering such insightful presentations and engaging discussions on how AI can revolutionise service provision in the not-for-profit sector.

With over thirty participants from charities, citizen’s advice, MaPS, Housing Associations, and other NFP organisations, the event was a fantastic opportunity to network, learn, and share best practices. Ciptex goes to Washington DC, for the annual NFCC Conference.

Ciptex is in Washington DC for the NFCC annual conference. We went to help launch the video counselling with video kiosks powered by Twilio Flex technology. These will be used by USA debt counselling agencies to enable seamless and secure communication. A special mention to Debt Free Advice for joining us to show how it has worked in the UK.

We have all heard about ChatGPT, the conversational platform that automates business customer service conversations.

Ciptex has used Twilio to give ChatGPT a voice. This enabled ChatGPT to engage with customers more naturally and efficiently than standard IVR.
