This event was successful, and it was enjoyable to have an open discussion with senior Housing Association leaders who wanted to know more about how contact centres work and how contact centre technology could better support property maintenance, specifically how can the contact centre supports the One-Time Visit mantra.

Ciptex thoroughly enjoyed participating in the Social Housing Forum on the 24th, 25th & 26th of May to discuss improving tenant satisfaction through the contact centre.
We thoroughly enjoyed being part of the Degree Apprenticeship open evening at Manchester Metropolitan University early this month. Our apprentices make up more than 10% of our workforce. Our degree apprentices have been pivotal to the growth of Ciptex.
We have all heard about ChatGPT, the conversational platform that automates business customer service conversations.
Ciptex has used Twilio to give ChatGPT a voice. This enabled ChatGPT to engage with customers more naturally and efficiently than standard IVR.
