Introducing Appointment QR Codes for Race Kiosk

Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, Race Kiosk has been helping to fill the void left by the lack of Face to Face activity in areas such as Debt Advice and Support. Many people around the world do not have access to home internet connections, leaving them isolated from advice and help services. Providing a single press for Consumer – to – Advisor Video Calling Kiosks deployed at public buildings and advice centres across London to help service those most at need with critical advice services.

Today we are pleased to announce a number of new features and improvements to the Kiosk video experience.

With the latest application versions and plugin versions you will see:

  • 50% improvement in Video Call Connection times
  • Personal QR Codes for Agents on the Race Info Tab allowing agents to copy for sending via chat, letter or email
  • Several Bugs squashed which were resulting in application performance degradation
  • Support for latest iOS and Android OS
  • Easier configuration of Race Video inside Race Interface
