Jolyon Parsons

Innovation in communications, especially contact centres, is Jolyon’s passion. Jolyon is a member of the Council of CCUK, representing 100+ Communications Companies in the UK. He has worked on ground-breaking contact centres and web projects. Jolyon co-founded Ciptex to make it easy for businesses to improve customer contact, adding new digital channels into their contact centres, with video calling and WhatsApp.

Jolyon works with Ciptex clients, innovating their customer communications to help them drive revenue and improve efficiencies. Data and AI are powering the next innovations in the Ciptex “RACE” products being developed by the team.

Matthew Winckless

Matt has over twenty years of experience in communication technologies and has worked at the industry’s leading edge of solution design with various organisations. Matt has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) focused in Computer Science / Software Engineering from the University of Brighton. Outside work, he enjoys time with his family and tinkering with Land Rovers.

Martin was CEO of one of the first BPOs and CX consultancies in the UK. He then spent a decade in the systems integration industry, positioning the value of new technology and the associated change agenda.

He is now in his tenth year at Brainfood Consulting, offering a mix of services. These include conference chairing, keynotes, webinars, whitepapers, workshops, consulting and mentoring. Current topics include responding to new customer behaviour, emotive CX for customer interaction, workplace empathy, digital-first customer service strategy and trends in contact centre technology.
